Recently I booked a return bus trips through Grassland on-line booking and it cost me $82 and at the same time my sister also book through Grassland by walk-in and it cost her only $61.
When I called Grassland on the vast different in cost, a customer officer replied me that it is because of the Visa charges. How is it the Visa charge can be 34%?
I have written to Grassland and they have not reponded.
