for the reference everyone seems to have a different one.
For example Quest, another lab gives the limits as (150-400) x10^9L.
Its at the lower end.
Do you have easy bruising, do you bleed easily...?
The blood platelets count could be much lower, only then a doctor would prescribe you probably corticosteroids, Prednisolone or stuff.
At your level, you should just observe it.
I am happy that Danzen helped with the inflammation in your back. |

the doctor said i have increase blood platelets otherwise my skin will like bitten by mosquitoes.
i don't bruise or bleed easily.
thanks BaMaoQianGeiWo for your recommendations, may i know is ok to continue to take danzen?  |

its ok to continue danzen. You can even take it for a month or two.
Do you take any antibiotics that might reduce your blood platelet count? |

no, I have not taken any antibiotic. the doctor also asked whether i have a flu? but i did not catch flu for years, immune system is good
