    Dunno why everytime see threads saying jurong properties are good. Last time i quit my job because everyday the car have a layer of dust and sometimes soot i think from the discharge by the power station.

    Really don't understand why people are complaining about White Paper...play stocks, invest, buy one condo unit with facilities, can stay in estate and let kids play within the condo compound. Go out only for essential stuff.....no need to squeeze with the millions. Wha'st so difficult?

    What are their prices psf? Which would be a better buy?

    trilinq, interior design like sh1t, 3 room can be 1000 sqft??? somemore asking 1300-1500 psf?? hundred tree only at $1200 nia... should teach the bl@ody malaysian developer a lesson, everyone don't buy!!! c how they going to launch!!!

    IMHO, the one next to west gate is better as it is in the Jurong Lake District. It is near the JE MRT station, JEM, JCube, new hospital, etc. I think they will sell at least $1300 psf for the larger units and at least $1600 psf for the one bedroom units.

    Jurong Gateway is a complete district with MORE n NEW amenities than clementi town. MAY 2013 is the boom year with the opening of JEM on the way DEC opening of Westgate n Ng Teng Fong hospital 2014.
